USAFA - Colorado Springs, CO
Developed a radon mitigation system for a new administration building at the Air Force Academy. Our solution includes a detailed OM&M manual, outlining testing and maintenance plans to ensure long-term effectiveness.

Prestige Porsche - Lakewood, CO
Designed a hydrocarbon focused vapor mitigation system at a new Porsche dealership. The system targets contamination from buried gas tanks left by a previous site owner. Provided construction oversight and smoke testing to ensure system effectiveness.

Designed an active hydrocarbon focused vapor mitigation system at a mixed-use apartment complex with storefronts on the first level. The system mitigated soil gas from buried gas tanks found during excavation. Provided construction oversight and smoke testing to ensure system effectiveness. Worked within CDPHE regulations to offer alternative materials during supply chain shortages.
